My paintings are on the edge between abstract and landscapes. I love colour and building layers of different hues to create an impression of the beauty held within landscapes. A painting, for me, rarely has a determined outcome but is influenced instead by colours, memories and images of the ocean and mountains that come to the forefront of my mind as I begin to paint.
